Tried doing it a second time, but this time the rep wouldn't offered an account credit. Also, she saw that I had more than one account, but didn't make any issues about it.

After 2 delayed shipping emails, it finally shipped on 12/8 and impressively arrived today, although it ships from Brooklyn and I had it sent just to Manhattan.

My thoughts:
It's basically just a picture. From the front, you can't tell at all that it's on metal as opposed to just being printed on photo paper. Quite funny.
The metal does seem strong and of high quality, which is nice.
Despite my picture looking blurry when I uploaded it to their site, it printed very nicely. It's an iPhone 5 pic, and I'm really happy and impressed with how clear it is!
