im still at it and still havent gotten my order confirmation. its constantly either processing or updating. i decided to start over entirely and now website doesnt pull up

finally got through to them over the phone (didnt mention the promotion) their website is down and she couldnt help me over the phone either. ill just have to hope that thisll still be around when their site gets functional again.

When something is free and on the main site you have 5 minutes or less before the deal is either dead or the website crashes. This deal was posted hours ago. Good luck getting it. May not be worth your time at this point.

I called up today to change my order after I noticed an issue with my picture. Rep said he could only cancel the order, but upon request he put a $30 CREDIT in my account to make up for the now invalid coupon code. My original order says it's still processing though. Also, now with code pxusfam35m you get 35% off metal prints, which allowed me to get a bigger size + faster shipping and still at $0.

That's great I am going to try that. Did the rep mention anything about the free print?
