I use total call recorder.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Seem to remember a discussion somewhere here about which app to use to record calls.
Here

AA baggage services found the tablet Rafi was using, I couldn't believe it.
I asked that it be sent ground or the cheapest method possible. Stressed that 3 times on the recorded phone call.

They sent it Overnight 8am First Delivery and now I'm out $91  >:( >:( >:(

They should have at least sent it via amazon prime :)

Here

Thanks.

In the states that require written consent, is it enforceable? How do they know where I am if i'm on a cell phone? Area code of caller? Has anyone ever heard of this being an issue when it comes to proving to airlines etc the content of a phone call that took place in CA for example?

If it really comes to court, they can probably subpoena your cellphone provider to show where you were located when you made the call.

CMIIW, but if they say they're recording the call then you're allowed to as well, without explicit permission.

I always heard that you have to tell someone when you're recording them.

That certainly depends on the state.  Many are one-party consent states.

Ok so i assume you had to call them until they found it...

These folks just can't get anything right. ::) They should've overnighted it on their dime after the whole mess up!

AA is refusing to rebook the trip.
Time to go sell some 1701 credit I suppose.

They're giving you the full fare per person, though? (including AARP and mileage discount)

If you think AA customer service sucks, BA is in a different league...

I have an AA contact looking into it.
And looking into the overnight shipping of the tablet  :P

Yup, can't even imagine BA doing anything or even knowing how to deal with this situation. They can barely sell a ticket over the phone.
