so I'm trying to MS with my Sapphire Preferred at Visa Silver - Gift Card Mall The actual charge is $500 + $5.95 Fee + $6.25 Large Denomination Fee. This week the $5.95 is waived. You can only buy 3 $500 cards and get free shipping.
However, here is my issue. I read online on a site that you could use these cards as a debit card with pin. However, I'm being told by Gift Card Mall that these will only work as credit cards. Doesn't this hinder me transfer the funds to the Bluebird if the Visa Silver gift card isn't a debit card?? Where do I get a card with a pin? and what do I do if all my walmarts don't have a bluebird atm machine that's in order.
