and 3. Plus how many brother-in-laws can you have? Unless he's offering to buy one every year for life, it's not worth it, for a few nights to sell.

As long as they have their maiden name it won't be a problem. otherwise I'm not sure which part of the above you missed. I'm just trying to explain why it is not worth doing. Plus many people do have close to 13 bro-in-laws and if they ever want to treat them to a room, it'll be a lot harder when there are already a bunch of random people.
