Can also get another set of news ones in July if you make 2 paid stays this year.

i bought the package from LS. If i have 2 stays i will get a whole new set of all the certs? first I'm hearing of this. i had 2 paid stays last year and didn't get anything extra...

Just tried to extend my annual certificates for a few weeks beyond February 28th and, unlike in years past, told no way. Anyone have any news about the possible resolution for lifetime platinum members?

Any updates on this? I found that my Accor status has now fallen to Gold so it looks like they are no longer honoring lifetime Platinum level status. On the flip side I found 2 suite upgrade nights in my account as well.
