Agreed. I think they are supposed to be consistent and that some of these charts are in error. I have no idea which is right, but my guess is that the AA-metal and partner charts are supposed to be consistent as well.

They're very close. Most of the differences are that the Y decreases only are applied to AA metal. I'd remove the extra column and separate the different rates w/ a "/". And I'd use an asterisk for the 7,500 3-class business lines.

Asia2, Central America, Mexico all have more differences.
I think I need the extra column.
