td credit card $650 after 9k spend

saw this offer    http://www.tdbank.com/personalcreditcard/cashrewardscard.html         theres 5% cb at groceries gas utilities etc (with a  $450 max) plus $200 for spending $1500 so thats a total of $650 for 9k spend at groceries gas etc where im assuming gcs will work to trigger 5%         any comments? thinking this might be a good idea for someone who has too  many chase/amex/citi cards

i  was also told in bank that theres an offer for some sort of samsung tablet after $500 spend (not sure what model or what the value is) again plus the 5% cb up to 450$
