In a debate, maybe. But not in an actual general election. She has too many scandals surrounding her, and even though they are not affecting that much in the primary stages, they will take a toll in the overall long run.
1. Scandals are entirely up to the media and how they cover it. Obama got away with murder because he has the media in his pocket. Benghazi, Fast and Furious, phone tapping etc. not to mention how they downplayed his radical anti-American pastor Jeremiah Wright. Hillary is getting away scott free in the same manner. Aside from Fox and Drudge, who else is strongly pushing the email scandal?
The media is on Hillary's side, and Hillary is walking away from these scandals unscathed. Mark my words.
2. The general election is heavily influenced by the three presidential debates. One can even argue that the debates are the single most important factor in winning the undecided vote. If Hillary kicks Rubio's butt, which is very likely, she will be the next president.
