If anyone can benefit as an independent it would be Bloomberg.

I will admit voting for him in the past despite a great dislike for his personality and a lot of his policies. He happened to be a very effective mayor, though in his last term he went wild and shoved down our throats a lot of his "progressive" agenda. He was the precursor to the current commie we have as mayor.

All politicians are, by definition, corrupt.

The few that seem to be honest, don't make it too far. Carson, Sanders, Cruz. (I know this is a GOP thread, by I think Sanders is pretty honest, though WAAAYYYY off with his policies).

The only form of government that has the potential, though no guarantee whatsoever, to be honest, is a מלך מבית דוד, and that's just because they were chosen. They still have (and had) בחירה חפשית to do wrong, as we see in נ"ך. But since they were chosen, the G-d given potential does exist for them to be honest, unlike any other form of government that was not chosen by the אויבערשטער.

If anyone "failed" it's the 53% of the people who voted for Obama,

Listen, if the American people or so dumb that such a disastrous person as Trump is leading in the race then I anyone losses it doesn't necessarily mean he failed, it means he didn't appeal to the crazies out there (ie he didn't spray water while on stage, he didn't shout "turn off the lights" etc etc).

He failed because he could not effectively campaign against Obama. Had he been as aggressive with Obama as he was with his primary opponents he would have won. He gave in to the garbage of being nice to get the independent voters. We see now what gets thos voters to the polls.

He failed because he could not effectively campaign against Obama. Had he been as aggressive with Obama as he was with his primary opponents he would have won. He gave in to the garbage of being nice to get the independent voters. We see now what gets thos voters to the polls.

What in the world makes you think that I think Romney has a shot as an independent? I don't think it has to do with forcefulness but honesty. They don't want to hear people afraid to say anything.

He mocked trump on a magnitude no one before him has ever succeeded to achieve! Was it natural for him? Didn't seem like. But he really did it well.

Well if you enjoyed it then I guess it raises him up in your eyes. I thought it was pathetic and immature. I wish Trump would take the high road when it's possible (and it usually is), but then if he did that he just wouldn't be Trump. Acting like Trump fits Rubio like a Chinese made Trump suit.
