I'm looking into buying a house in lakewood. It's good to have a topic about lakewood housing so that If anyone knows of any new development that is for sale or is going to be for sale, or any existing house that's for sale, as well as a good deal on a house, please post here. you can also post stam hack about housing in lakewood.

Stam hack? :) Ready? Well, here's for starters. Prices are shooting up like mad in certain areas. I.E. Ridge area (for some reason).

Idk the type of construction but the average is $380k

Ranch, bi-level, split-lever, and just regular (usually the length is facing the front).
