Bestbuy will have the Moto E for $9.99 on Black friday as a Doorbuster.

Right now it is $70 + $6.20 tax.

Both Citi and Discover will price match doorbusters etc when you call in on Black Friday. (Citi states it on the site, Discover will confirm over the phone)

$$69.99 + $6.xx tax - $60 refund = $16 all in

This phone CAN be used on other GSM networks, see this Reddit post.

Yes, that's what the whole post was about

Precisely. I never use my discover card, considering this. May not be worth the time on the phone. Thanks, OP.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

IME They are very nice and quick on the phone.

From discover's site: "Reimbursement for eligible claims will be mailed to the Cardmember within 15 days."

As long as you get a saved ad, preferably printed, but a screenshot of the ad on your computer including the date will work as well.

There is a exclusion list, check it out

Are these price rewind etc reliable, or they'll make a decision 2 weeks after black friday that the item is ineligible for a claim?

For electronics I think you should rather buy on black friday with an Amex, & get extended warranty

Try willmyphonework.net

Eta: its not on their list. Seems like you will get only 3g speed, but you should have talk and text.

If you don't mind waiting on line just to find out that they sold out to the guy in front of you...

BTW discover protection isn't too bad. True Amex is unbeatable, that doesn't mean it is the only one.

May i ask, what is the protection discover offers?
Also i have  bad experience with Discover, remember the Kohls deal last year? I got the wrong items, kohls want me  to ship it back at my expense, so i called Discover to dispute & they weren't of any help, with Amex i would've gotten my money back right away.

For a $10 phone, I'm not too worried about purchase protection.

What about the reliability of price rewind?

I'd worry about that more, but people seem to have positive reports. I've always been happy with discover customer service, but i think they may have gotten more defensive and less eager to please since the apple pay fiasco.
