The new Award Searching Tool

Hey everyone! My team and I would like to share a new award-searching tool that has been created. Hopefully this makes things easier for you; please feel free to give all the feedback or questions you guys have! There is a Free 3 Day Trial you could sign up for to see how the site works!

We tried creating the most basic and easiest plan. With one click you are able to search across multiple airline sites, receive results for all booking cabins, and see the mileage plus tax information for that particular flight. This gives you an option to compare the pricing of different airlines, and transfer your miles/points to the right Frequent Flyer Program. The system was designed to search thousands of flights, and select the best one for you. The website includes an option to set up email alerts. With email alert, you can set up our system to search your flight daily, up to 30 days, at a set time. If availability becomes available you will receive an email alert.

You can do as many searches as you like.
You can search “One Way” “Round Trip” “Multi City” “Nearby Airports”
The site also offers an option to search +/- 1,2, or 3 days.

The site offers many airline sites that you can search with.

-15 OneWorld Airlines
-Non Alliance
-Additional Airlines:
Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Virgin Atlantic, Etihad Airlines, Emirates, Lufthansa, Alaska Airlines, Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways.

There is a “My Trips” where you could save your flights. A “Search History” where all searches up to 7 days are saved, and available to view.

A “Help” that, explains everything about this site, and how to use it.

Let's go straight to the point what do you offer what KVS/EF don't offer? On a quick look it looks like the features from your site over the above two sites are basically that you can search for more than one airline in once and that you're showing mileage and tax costs. Oh and EF supports some airlines which you don't so I guess will have to stay with EF regardless. On a first glance all in all sounds like a nice site, though a little overpriced IMO. I would just make a basic plan and a premium plan without all the "extras" the competition is too big and you don't offer that much that it should be worth the price tag IMO.

Also, it would be nice if the trial gives you access to all features.

Why wouldn't you show the non stop options first? Or am I missing something?

Yes, on all of them including Saver or all.

Also, I think you should remove flights which only have a "domestic" first class flight with no segments in F on the long haul leg under the first class results when searching international. See attachment.

Fee would be more justifiable if there were features like a regular fare class availability search, search tolls like MCT and MPM, airlines like TN, etc.

Also don't understand why the trial isn't a full version. Would be nice to take a full test drive before buying as EF offers.

Been using this utility for the past couple months. Very useful as a "Mileage TA" instead of searching 6 different services or websites.

Ideas:
1) Add ability to cancel current search. Sometimes I find what I'm looking for right away, or create an accidental search and I want to cancel it and move to the next one. Precious minutes wasted waiting for "please wait for current search to finish".

2) Add how many seats are showing available (if I search 2 seats and there are only 2, have a little icon- like KE has on their website).

3) Add more airlines. Off the bat I'd say KE to start.
