Hey there, I recently sent an itinerary to France(paris) and when they opened PDF the PNR (they claimed they couldnt open link)and ETICKET was missing...
I sent it to another email in France just to be sure it wasnt that person alone but still same problem, thanks for reading.

Thanks again for the amazing site. for some reason Warsaw Modlin airport comes up as EPMO which is the ICAO code instead of WMI which is the IATA code.

what i do is just put in the operating carriers flight info in the itinerary as opposed to the marketing carriers info

That can be misleading when crediting miles from alternate alliances (E. g. LY/LX or LY/IB etc.) When it's a revenue ticket obviously...

i let them know in the notes what the marketing carrier is

one small issue that i noticed when i put in dl 468 from jfk to tlv it gives the plane as MD-88 instead of a 777 and the same for 469 which is tlv-jfk
the reason might be because the other leg of dl468 is atl-jfk which is operated by a MD-88

We are working on a fix. In the meantime if you edit the flight you can manually update the equipment. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention! Glad you are finding it useful.

if I want to save a message in the blue box for every pax as of now it seems blocked/under the comment box on the Itinerary, is there something i should be doing ?
