Would you be able to explain the issue you are experiencing a little more? Feel free to reach out to us directly at info@eliteitinerary.com.

Thank you,
Sorry. My bad. I didn't notice that I hadn't checked off the box "send copy to self".
Passenger must've received it 20 times by now... ;D

Any way to have the operating carrier to show on the itinerary? (in case of a code share)

The operating carrier has a different PNR that will show it's flight number. You usually have to call the airline to obtain it.

It doesn't even need to show the flight number. Should just say for example "operated by El Al" so he doesn't go to Swiss check-in counter.

Hi!  Any chance you could add an option to display times in military format (i.e. 7:00pm = 19:00)?
Thanks, great tool!

Is it possible to add multi-city itineraries? When adding a flight a week after the first flight it shows as a 250-hour connection.

Thanks

you can just add it as a return flight instead of adding it as a connecting flight

And won't show as a connection from the first 'return' flight? Cool, thanks.

a mirrer is correct. A "Connecting Flight" is a segment with the layover time displayed, "Return Flight" is a new flight. Please feel free to make any requests would improve Elite Itinerary for you.

Another thing I forgot to mention: the possibility of copying over the itinerary details from the first segment when adding a connecting flight.  I mean, if I sell a ticket TLV-ATH-LHR all as a single ticket/PNR, it would be nice if there was the possibility of having the PNR #/ticket #/luggage/meal type etc. from the first segment copied over to the connecting flight.  But it shouldn't be automatic, just a simple button or something to click for it to populate the fields according to what was put in the first flight.

And I see you're in Israel like me --- any chance of adding full Hebrew support to the various text boxes?  I think it only supports Hebrew in the agency info text at the moment, and using Hebrew in any other field appears as gibberish when viewing the itinerary.
