I'm assuming it was a mistake when sending out the update email that you didn't BCC everyone. I don't need to see everyone else who has it.

Can you add a function to duplicate an itinerary so you can just change the dates or a part of the itinerary?

Just my advice, if you are selling a mileage ticket do not inclue the price on this. Many old fashioned people will print this out and actually show it upon check in. You obviously do not want there to be a price on a ticket that was not allowed to be sold in the first place.

Why does the "Dear xxxxx" in the email only auto populate the first name of the first passenger and not all the passengers?
