I bought a pair of ecco shoes in the store yesterday and used them for 1 day and then saw my foot wasn't being supported right as it was slipping right off the sole so I went back to the store to ask to exchange or refund but they told me you used it so .....sorry ...so I called ecco custermer service to see what they could do and it was a failure anyone have any solution or going to have to play huca tomorrow with different rep ?
