I stayed at the Sheraton times square recently. I am platinum and they upgraded me to a junior suite on the phone before I arrived. when I got there (it was a friday night and the lowest junior suite floor was the 30th and I didnt feel like walking that much with 2 kids) I asked if they can find me a suite on a lower floor. They were very accommodating and gave me a 2 room suite (much bigger than the junior, basically 2 connecting rooms 1 is a Murphy room which is a living room with the bed pulled up and the other is a regular room) they gave me late checkout until 4 and I requested until 5 as I was checking out after shabbat which ended like 530 and they let me have that the Murphy rooms as long as I checked out of the bed room which was perfect. (Great use of 1 free sheraton weekend night!) They gave me a refrigerator as well upon request. Hotel is nice not out of this world fancy but clean. The club room has lots of drinks but I did not see the breakfast. The location is great as well. Not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but close to anything as well as the subway. (Parking is very expensive like 90 dollars for 26 hours) If you need to know anything else let me know I will try to answer. But Ive never been to the four points though looking at it online it doesnt look so great

I've been to the 4p. It's generally much cheaper than the other hotels in the area and if you're on a budget isn't a bad option. It's not such a nice hotel, though. If you have a choice, I'd choose the sheraton.
