How to get kosher meal on American First Class Domestic

I am flying AA first class domestic NYC - MIA, I called AA to order kosher and they said they don't do special meals on domestic flights only coast to coast flights. Does anyone know how to get a kosher meal on the flight?

not gonna happen. They dont offer them any longer.

THEY DONT EVEN LET U INTO THE LOUNGE without a platinum cc.
