Yes, I sent him the GCs before he paid me.  I had two trades with him.  The first one went well  and I emailed him a few codes for the second trades.  A few days later i received an email from Venmo about the my newly opened Venmo account has been frozen,  and asked me to contact the sender for the unsuccessful transaction.  My cash balance from the first trade was 0 on Venmo account.  My first payment was zero out and never receive my second payment.   Venmo terminated the service, after reviewing your inquiries and account, we have found that your actions and activity have been in violation of this agreement.

Yes, unfortunately Venmo is not a safe platform for accepting payments for goods. I would advise anyone looking to conduct a sale via Venmo to only do so with someone you are familiar with and can trust.

hi I am looking to buy 45000 dollars worth of bestbuy gift cards to purchase items for a buying group in order to get best buy rewards and in order to get them at a discounted rate and the buyer pays me the full 100 percent worth of the item i am looking for 88 percent . however, i would not feel comfortable doing the transaction unless we met in person in Brooklyn,lakewood or 5 towns and would like to pay via 2 or 3 credit card scredit card only. thank you and please contact me to disscuss thank you

If I didn't know better I would think this is a practical joke. You're about to get yourself into a lot of debt right there, liquidating BB GC's through buying groups is not so easy, especially if you're just starting out.

you are right, but if the buying group is offering 1000 dollars for bringing them 325 different phones that average out at 45 dollars per phone and you are able to buy best buy gc at 88 percent and you have best buy rewards not to mention his thousand dollars that's around 6 thousand 10 percent return very tempting even though its risky.
