Hyatt told me they only match to platinum. Not Diamond.

Depends what you're matching from. Hyatt is matching to Diamond from SPG Plat (used to only need 1 night YTD, now need 20).

Got my status matched today. Emailed last night with proof I am IHG Platinum member (which i got through IHG CC) and got an email back this morning that I am now a Diamond Elite HHonors member.

PSA: I was matched a few weeks ago but noticed my account was never updated. I responded to the congratulations email and they updated.

Check your account to make sure they update.

HHonors is pretty quick, its Hyatt that's slow.

Just got Diamond matched from IHG Plat Elite. Took about a day. Did'nt get an email, but the web and app says Diamond. I had Gold before and a stay coming up, not sure it that helped.
