Just got matched today from SPG gold, though I don't know what good it'll do me of Hyatt won't match it to Diamond.

That's why you got Hyatt diamond after 11/20 12pm ct they started giving only platinum

Even then I was told numerous times that I would only get Platinum. But I asked nicely and got Diamond.

I am not talking about certs but points and when I search my dates, it shows up.

1) That list is for the free weekend certificates not HH Points.
2) CKSR isn't the same as CKS

Here's a screenshot showing that's it's available for HH Points redemption.
