Is there any number to call regarding the status match? I tried matching a few weeks ago and they said that they don't see enough info regarding my status with the competitor even though I sent them exactly what they wanted. I replied and sent a picture of my card and they never responded to that email or additional emails requesting an update.

I am waiting since March 27th.... They answered me the next day saying that they need a screenshot with all of the info, even though I gave it to them already. Since then they've been ignoring my emails.

Me too, called the gold hotline and had them make a case for me. Just got email 5 min ago confirming me to diamond! (Took 4 wks)

Thanks! I called last week but I didn't get a helpful rep. I did tweet them two days ago and he promised that he'll help me. I got an email today asking me to send a screenshot because they don't see it in their system. It was from priority letter. So we'll see what happens..
