Did you try online?
I bought a computer and used the online return center and it said returns valid through 2/1.
Not sure why you would wait for the last possible day though.
On my order it showed (even two days ago) 30-day return policy. Last week though, I returned another computer from the same day and they said it was OK. Hopefully this week I'll get the refund.
I was planning to keep this laptop. It just didn't work.
I would have thought that the warranty would cover me in this case, but it's not coming out clear. They seem to be saying (it's really hard communicating with them) that I'll have to deal with Dell repairs.
