Customer service tells me it's only until Jan 31. Your link does not show any conclusive evidence.

Here's the background: I bought that Dell computer on Thanksgiving. My mother brought it to me in Israel in mid January. I opened it 2 days ago and the screen never worked. Bounced around from one Indian CS/TS agent to another getting nowhere. I decided that I'd rather just return it/exchange it and not deal with repairs. What can be done?

I bought a computer and used the online return center and it said returns valid through 2/1.

Not sure why you would wait for the last possible day though.

On my order it showed (even two days ago) 30-day return policy. Last week though, I returned another computer from the same day and they said it was OK. Hopefully this week I'll get the refund.

I was planning to keep this laptop. It just didn't work.
I would have thought that the warranty would cover me in this case, but it's not coming out clear. They seem to be saying (it's really hard communicating with them) that I'll have to deal with Dell repairs.

You think they'll have it shipped from Israel?
Also, I do want a new laptop. I just have a strange preference for one that works. Will they send me a replacement? It can be sent to a US address.
