Weird situation. These flights are no longer on ita matrix (went up by more than $200), but visible and bookable on several OTA's for $536.

You need to change the sales city to New York (see attachment). Otherwise, you get Israeli availability (it automatically defaults to the departure city's availability) which is usually more expensive on AF.
