No. The last time I called them about an issue, they kept me on for an hour and didn't even solve it. (I solved it myself by playing around for 5 minutes!)

I preordered an iphone, and they told me I have 14 days to return from activation.
Is this reliable, as in if I activate it 2 months later so to speak, ill still be able to return it with out a problem?
Just wondering if its true or not.

Page plus does that, I don't think there's a way to shut it off on page plus. Are you on page plus?

They’re confused themselves... if you buy with Amex, you have return protection for 90 days...

that is only up to $300 though.
since its verizons fault, theoretically i would just dispute the charge, cause i would want to return it based on the info i got on the phone.
(the only question is whether to dispute the full amount or to deduct the restocking fee)

My question is can I port our numbers to T-Mobile for one month and then come back to Verizon, and be eligible for the promotion?

Did this deal. Works best with more lines obviously. The gc won't come in time for first payment or two. You need to keep device active for x amount of time, and the line active for x amount of time (12 months) or it will be clawed (billed) back. There are good Slickdeal threads on this. See if there are any CB deals as well. Only works with smartphones. The gc will be clearly displayed on plan selection page.

PSA You can get additional discount on Verizon plans if an Account Manager is an First Responder or Teacher. Not the Account Owner, the Account Manager and anybody can be set up as a manager, even someone not on your plan.

It's really weird, tried to find my account and pin number to  port out my Verizon prepaid number to l tracfone I literally couldn't find it anymore.

 Anyone do this recently which can enlighten me on where to find the account pin and passcode?
