$100 ebay gift card for $97

Did you end up resolving? Which number/dept did you call?

I went back and forth, between ebay and paypal, I only had the problem with paying with a gift card for a gift card, besides that I could use paypal.
1 rep told me to make sure my account is verified, which it was 80%, and they asked me to add my last 4 of the social.
This week motzai Shabbos it worked and the same for today, just hope it will continue to work.

For some reason eBay is forcing me to pay with PayPal.
I do not have option to pay with my Credit Card.
Am I doing something wrong?

So I called PayPal and spoke to the security dept. The reason I kept getting errors was that I had a cc that was not verified
