Tried getting a few united rep's to find a flight I see on line from VCP-IGU, they say they cant find that partner.

Any thing I should give them to help them see it?

(pardon me if this shouldn't get its own thread, pls show me where it belongs)

Why don't you book it online? Azul awards show there.

Correct it shows on line but I searched JFK-IGU and it gave me 3 stops, JFK-PTY-GRU and VCP-CWP-IGU for 55k in j

But I see availability on a direct flight VCP-IGU but rep cant see the airline....
