Anyway, what hotel in MLE?
We're gonna stay at the Conrad MLE. I think I follow you that the IHG Thalasso is similar in privacy and exclusivity, although definitely a number of the other hotels are not. My points are all HHonors so it was a decision between the Hilton BOB and Conrad MLE. The Hilton is way bigger, cheaper, more people, no pool in the OWB, etc. so the Conrad was more appealing. The whole package of getting met at the MLE airport, taken to their exclusive lounge, flying directly on a seaplane to the resort that only has a small number of units is what I am referring to.
Honestly too though the issue of flights were also important (we're flying SQ in J) and doing a 3 day stopover in Singapore. Your pics are awesome though and have added BOB back on the list of places to visit and I shouldn't think of it as an either/or of BOB and MLE and now might try to do both!
