Hilton Grand Vacation - 2 Nights/3 Days NYC for 350 - Expires end of December

I have a Hilton Grand Vacation package that expires by the end of December. It's good for 2 nights and 3 days in Manhattan (2 or 3 different Hilton locations are available). It costs 350 (extra costs for weekend check-in or maybe a holiday check-in). PM me for more information or if interested in buying this off of me. TIA

it's a timeshare presentation. Not "officially" transferable but I plan on going to the presentation and any guest can check in under their name if I let them know in advance.
