Lost talis bag at EWR baggage claim

A friend left his talis bag at EWR baggage claim (not sure if Intl. or domestic) in Terminal C. 
Someone (from guy, kippa was a give away) was shown it yesterday by a UA rep asking if he knows a "Jew" who owns the item - so it IS there!

Anyone have a number for baggage services or UA lost and found in EWR terminal C?
General forms and numbers are no use.

Yes, it belongs so someone I know personally.
Was asked as I was in EWR last week but they missed me.
The Phone number is the guy that saw it but not actually with it anymore, it's still in EWR.

His assistant has been phoning all united numbers but can't actually get to someone in EWR.

Thus my request here.

No luck with the phone numbers although some did get an actual answer.
Completed a form on united.com and took a found someone to take a hand written letter to United bagage services who found the T&T very quickly.

BH they are reunited with their owner.

Both lost together but in separate bags
