Does anyone had an experience transferring to a different name?

Yes. Didn't work needed to wait a long time to find that out and then wait a long  till I got my miles back.
But you can book from a Aegean account under someone else's name to whoever you want as long as you know their name DOB and email address

Update for booking a seat for a baby (under 2) after a few HUCAs (they kept telling me it's hard coded) I was told to call the miles and bonus department during Greek working hours (2-10 am US Eastern time).
They were very helpful and they said that the issue is that they don't know if Austrian allow a baby to be booked on a seat so I told them that I spoke to Austrian (I did) and they said that as long as I paid the full price for the seat I can put a baby on the seat NP.
So after putting me on hold for a long time they booked it for me.

Have you checked UA website itself to see what availability they are showing ?

Needs to be saver award in order to book with partners.

Anybody know what happens if you book a Lufthansa round-trip ticket using Aegean miles, and then - after flying the outbound - you want to cancel or change the return? Will Aegean allow a change/cancellation at that point (and in the case of a cancellation, refund half the miles + the difference in YQ), or are you SOL?

Update: change was allowed, for 20 EUR. Rep claims cancellation would've been possible as well, but I didn't try it.

Data point: I made two transfers of 60k SPG each, one on 1/16 and the other on 1/18. They both finally posted to A3 on the same day, Friday 1/27.

Seems like the transfer time is getting worse, not better...

When you tranbsferred 60k and then later another 60k, did you get an extra 5k when they arrived into your A3 acc? So you should have got an extra 10k altogether, b/c you get an extra 5k when transferring over 20k spg.
If yes, then why did you not transfer 20k, the another 20k and another 20k getting an extra 5k for each 20k? I think there needs to be a gap of 24 hours betweeen transfers though... or am I way off?

Oh thanks, so it goes per 20k, not per transaction of over 20k.
