There aren't too many people that are comfortable visiting a mosque let alone that one.. I won't get into the "people" category. But yeah great pictures

What's the issue with visiting a mosque?

I don't think he was referring to a halachic/safety issue, just a preference not to go (because as you know there is no halachic or safely issues with going).

What would such a preference be based on?

Main photos are from a Pentax K-50. Plane photos are from my iPhone 6.

Well actually, there might be some main ones from my iPhone as well.

Continuing. My Adventure Home.
- - - - - - - - - -

It was soon time to leave Israel. Flying home I couldn't just do a regular flight but had to continue my First adventure. Looking for a fun routing I finally ended up with Royal Jordanian and Emirates TLV to Amman to Dubai to JFK.

This would be my first time flying Emirates F A380.

Again, I will let most of the pictures do the talking but if you have any question feel free to ask.

TLV-AMM - RJ Baby Embraer 175

TLV-AMM - RJ Baby Embraer 175 - J Class

TLV-AMM - Watching the Sunset rise and take over the sky side by side.

just a quick note. The flight from TLV to AMM was definitely one of the most bumpy flights I had in a while. The wind was taking us all over the place and just pushing us around as if we were a piece of paper. Second, when landing in Amman, we parked in a remote stand, for the 15 people on board they bought two busses. One for the 2 J pax, and one for the 13 Y pax. Seems a waste, doesn't it?

AMM-DXB - EK A330 F Class

DXB Airport - EK A330 F Bus

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Snack Basket

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - In-Seat Mini Bar

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Writing Kit

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Amenity Kit

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Amenity Kit

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Seat Controls

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Private Time

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Bathroom/Shower

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Bathroom/Shower

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - On-board Bar/Lounge

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Snack - Fruit

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Playing Deck Card

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - New Gym Towel

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Post Shower Relaxation Bar

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - Post Shower Drink and Snack

DXB-JFK - EK A380 F - View from the Loo

JFK Airport - Always an Interesting View. EK, SQ, VS, and LY

One more post coming after this about the best F flight out of the whole trip that wasn't written yet. Surprise to come.

Stay tuned...

Terrific TR. Beautiful pix. Makes me very jealous.

A few quick questions, if you don't mind, and I apologize if they have been asked and answered before:

1. I see the snacks. What did you have for meals in EK F?
2. How did you book TLV-AMM? With AA or Avios or something else? And how...by phone?
3. Do you say "Chuckster Ace" or "Chuck Sterace"?

Thanks.

I had Kosher meals on the EK flights. Don't remember what is was, kind of half slept through them.

2. How did you book TLV-AMM? With AA or Avios or something else? And how...by phone?

The way there AMM-TLV using paid cash. Return TLV-AMM was Avios in J for 9,000 Avios

3. Do you say "Chuckster Ace" or "Chuck Sterace"?

One word. Chucksterace.

One word. Chucksterace. Ok, fair enough, but can you help with the pronunciation? When I tell DW that Chucksterace wrote so and so, I never know how to pronounce your name. ???
