Live from the Private Room, SIN, this is Chucksterace reporting on the Hong Kong expedition of the journey.
For the two nights in Hong Kong, I decided to stay at the Hyatt Regency TST using free anniversary nights. Thank you Chase.
After taking the Airport Express train then a taxi to get to the hotel, I was saddened to see that there was a notice that the pool was out of service due to emergency repairs. Being smart, I decided to use this to my advantage and got the manager to grant me club access in exchange for the pool being out of service. I’ll take that trade any day of the week.
After settling in the hotel, I headed out to the Temple Street Night Market but walked away empty handed. +1 for my wallet.
The next day was when all the fun happened. I first went to my usual tailor in Kowloon, Sam’s Tailor, to order another couple shirts. When all was done, I walked over to the pier for some time lapse action and Hong Kong Island in daylight. While there, there was some arts exhibitions taking place outside.

After getting bored of the so-called "art" I headed to the ferry to make my way over to HKI and to the JCC for the newly refurbished/new restaurant Seven Zero. (Dairy). See menu’s posted
here.

For lunch I decided to order the Salad Bar, The Fish Sandwich, and a Strawberry smoothie. Everything was good and tasted great. I did find the Salad Bar a bit expensive as it was the same price as a main dish but is only salad.

After having lunch, I headed back to Kowloon and went to the Ladies Market. Here I found a couple pairs of cufflinks to add to my collection which now have over 25 pairs all bought in Hong Kong and Beijing. Remember to start your price about a fraction of the price they asked.
Finally, I then headed back to the hotel to relax for a couple hours before getting dinner at Kehillat Zion's Mul Hayam. Here I got the Chicken with a side of Vietnamese Rice.
To end off the day I headed to the pier for some awesome shots of Hong Kong Island with it’s lights in full effect.
Last but not least, the next morning, Wednesday, I slowly made my way over to PYE for the free gift from flying CX F. This was a selection of handkerchiefs. I don't know what I will do with them, but free is free. It wasn’t long that I soon was on the Airport Express train heading back to HKG airport for my Singapore Suites flight to Singapore and later on to Sydney.
