Krisflyer wrote to me in the email that I need to send in my CC statement showing the purchase and the lifelock ID number. I called lifelock and they said although they see my account there is no ID they can give me. How did you all do this? TIA

Ask them for the transaction reference.

Absolutely not. In face it was a great customer service experience. They asked for proof, I sent in my cc statement, points showed up. Simple as pie.

Finally got my miles after sending in statement.

It seems to me anyone can send in any cc statement as long as they had the acct open at the time of the offer...

I've been having a tough time with this. They asked for my CC statement then denied my request. I asked them to escalate it saying that I fulfilled my end of the T&C and it has now been about two weeks since then. It's really dragging out.

As a gesture of goodwill, we are honoring the 17077 miles for your transaction at LifeLock. Please note that this is a one off gesture and for future reference members are required to complete the whole policy (service) in order to earn the stated reward - i.e. in this case the policy is for a yearly subscription that have been cancelled and not completed.

The miles have now been approved, you should now be able to view the details of it in your KrisFlyer Spree account page. The miles will be credited and reflected in your Krisflyer account within 7 business days.
