What I would like to accomplish with this 4 week challenge, is to learn from others how to stay on track, what not to do and so on. I feel that a WhatsApp group would be more personal and informative.

You can feel free to post on the thread, but the group is specifically for those who joined the challenge. You might want to consider joining anyways. Think of the $20 as a much smaller fee than you'd regularly pay a personal trainer, life coach or dietician!
