true, i prefer the pay as you lose way.

but even the collect it all ahead of time way works different then winner take all because every week you know you and only you can control getting your money back.

down 30lbs using fat milk in my breakfast and coffee.

fat free milk left me starving before lunch, fat milk gets me past lunch without hunger.

TLDR: I agree and I like fat(in my food)

some apps i've found helpful:

MyFitnessPal is a bit of a pain but i only use it to track my weight. they don't have all the exercise things i do so i can't really use it.

BMI Calculator is super helpful to see where i'm at. it's also useful because i made my Whatsapp status be my BMI to keep me accountable to all my friends. they'll ask me if they see it hasn't gone down in a while.

Boxing iTimer Lite- this helps me when i want to work out using time and not reps. like planking for 30 seconds or whatever. it's the free version but it's just as good.

Yup. I basically kept my weight down from the last challenge. But I didn't loose anything afterwards.

Great Idea.

The reason I didn't start another round right after the first one is because I was doing a "Whole30." It's an eating program that focuses on reframing the way we think about food and the way we eat. Since it's not a weight a loss diet (though most do lose weight) weighing is not allowed.

Some good news to share- aside from losing additional weight- my blood work has improved considerably! I'm no longer in the prediabetic range!
