Even non rebate gcs?
I'm only familiar doing it with the Normal buy in store Visa, MC and Amex GC...im not familiar with rebate GC (u mean like the Verizen and staples ones).
This is the current visa gc terms...it could vary between van. visa and the like...diff. issuing banks and etc,

This dosent seem to state the policy of what happens when you already "activated" (which I think means to do the online thing that adds a zipcode to ur card so u can use it online--not when the casheir activates it)...there are some more clear T&C that will say the "90 day check info"
