is anyone having problems with their online rebate form? mine still says Rebate being determined... I ordered on 12/20

I got 2 postcards in the mail saying there is some sort of issue had to call and they resubmitted just got my gift cards yesterday

Same. And when I try tracking it, it doesn't seem to exist. Any advice?

Try tracking it as MAIL IN REBATE even if you submitted it online. Phone rep recommended that and it worked

Can I liquidate the rebate cards to serve?
Do I load them as credit or debit?
