Kevarim
Jewish cemetery near the Old Powazki. Established in 1809, it is one of the largest Jewish cemeteries in the world. Spread over an area of nearly 44,000 square feet (3160 square meters), the cemetery was left largely intact by the Nazis and includes the graves and tombs of a quarter of a million people, including the great Rabbanim of Warsaw as well as many secular giants in literature and the arts.

The Jewish Ghetto
The infamous Warsaw Ghetto, the scene of the only organized uprising.
On the left side of the Praga River, where the Ghetto used to be, you can visit several monuments commemorating the Jews of Warsaw, including the Monument over the Ghetto Heroes at Zamenhof Square, and Umschlagplatz, a memorial raised at the very spot where Warsaw Jews were gathered in 1943, loaded on cattle wagons and transported to the death camp at Treblinka. It is still possible to see how Jews lived in Warsaw ulica Prozna, a street left largely intact from before the Holocaust.

Must see is relative.
Depends on your background.
It would be helpful to know where you are arriving and returning from.
I wouldn't recommend a driver. Drive yourself.

I was in Kerestir  two weeks ago. From the airport in Budapest to Kerestir, with a jewish driver.  He told me he brings jews
regularly to Poland, Ukraine, Romania.  He is an excellent driver, with a lot of knowledge.  They are two brothers.

Landing in Warsaw 4:15pm leaving the next day at 3:25pm.  Should I stick to Warsaw or try to also get in another city as well?

Im planning this kind of thing now. You can easily go to Sochatchov and Ger. They are both less than an hour away.

Besides renting a car, how do I get from Krakow to Auschwitz?

Is there a bus or train? or simply a taxi?

How about returning? Will I be able to find a taxi there? Uber?

Is a 3:45 stopover in RZE enough time to take a driver to Lizhensk & back, with 2 hours in Lizhensk? (passport control on both ends, no bags)

For 1 hour for sure, but for 2 hours might be tight, depending on passport control and delays, etc.
