Quickbooks & Hebrew
« on: December 21, 2015, 09:28:17 AM »
I recently upgraded to Quickbooks Pro 2013 from a much older version and my Hebrew characters don't display properly anymore.

I am using Windows 10.

The keyboard and laguage setting are all the same as it always was. I have English as well as Hebrew fonts and keyboards. My computer is setup to display non-unicode in Hebrew.

I only have this issue in Quickbooks and not even in all of Quickbooks. My company name, in Hebrew, displays correctly on the title bar. Reports print and display in Hebrew and English. When I am entering transactions, I can switch without any issue between English & Hebrew. Works fine.

The problem is when I am just viewing things like the register that all the Hebrew characters show up as gibberish.

I know that I am not the only one with this problem. I've googled endlessly. Can't find any solutions.

Figured that the DDF minds are better than average....

Thanks for any help.

Tried that a year ago and didn't work

The setting you mentioned is the setting for non-unicode languages.

That was the setting necessary for the old version. Does not work for this one.

Thanks, but that's from two years ago.

I was hoping for a recent solution.
