Hyatt matched me to platinum from spg gold, but in the email they wrote I can send them proof of diamond status with someone else and they will upgrade it to diamond.

To make a long story short
I sent in the wrong screenshot of my best western account via the website. so I emailed them on Jan 11th after reaching out via Hilton chat and finally received my Hilton diamond now
