I sent money via My Target Redcard to FT does that constitute a ach transfer that will trigger the direct Deposit ?

Won't let me quote for some reason, but Danny Deal Guru got the bonus twice (him and his partner) and ACH has triggered bonus in the past but a lot of people still waiting for their bonus at the moment. Pretty sure they batch process it, so we should know soon.

That's the maximum it'll take, some readers received it in a few days. Thus why I think it's a batch job.
