Obi202 has a built in router and two phone lines. The two phone lines means you can plug in two analog phones so that two people could be having separate conversations.

im having problems installing obi  202 they say i have to install some firm ware on my router but for the life of me I cant figure out how to it

I can't answer your first question. Regarding your second question, you can certainly set up the two lines with two different accounts/services, but if you want to set up both lines to log in to the same account of the same service, it will depend on the policy of the service provider (in your case, Google). If the policy is such that you would be able to set up two different Obi200 devices to log in to the same Google account and make calls simultaneously, you could set up two lines on an Obi202 to log in to the same Google account and make calls simultaneously with two analog phones plugged into its two phone jacks.
So basically, if you have a household or business where two people need to converse simultaneously, you can buy one Obi202 instead of two Obi200's.
