Ugh installed 64 bit and cursor is extremely laggy. Any advice?

If the problem is the 64 bit, uninstall and install the 32 bit?

Any try this today and was successful? My order says Logistics by status and when I click on the order number it says Processing. It's been like that since last night. Any ideas?

Also, where can I download the trial version and then enter the code after 30 days so that I need not save the program to my disk?

Just download the 2MB file from the link and save it on your computer or to Google Drive/Evernote/Dropbox and then run program when need to install.

If you're download expired, try going to microsoft.com/setup and put in Product Key emailed to you. Does that help?

Update: Microsoft Office support (via chat) was extremely helpful. Got it installed, AND have both the 32-bit and 64-bit installers for future use.
