For the effective price of $50/year, I have 4 users with unlimited computers/devices. Basically a lot cheaper and less hassle than buying licenses for each user and device, and dealing with moving it over when you switch computers. And also you get all the 365 features included but the 365 features I've used are complete garbage.

Many people bought on eBay without a problem, myself included. There is a risk of scam... I bought 2019 Microsoft office bundle for $20 to be on the safe side

They is no risk of malware as long as the installation comes directly from Microsoft.

The only thing your risking, is the license being blacklist/revoked.

1 - Can you know if the installation is coming from Microsoft before you purchase it?

2 - How does Microsoft view it - ethically?
Are they opposed to it or (perhaps begrudgingly) ok with it?
I wouldn't want to use anything questionable, especially for Torah. (The Vilna Gaon is quoted as saying that if even one screw in one table in a Beis Medrash is from stolen money, the learning there is not the same.)
