Existing MR account. Hit Fatplat spend on jan 23, still no pending points.
Statement closed feb 12. I called and they confirmed I will get the bonus.
I wouldn't be surprised if all (biz?) bonuses are subject to a manual review these days.

thanks. In my case even the spend points aren"t pending. It's as if I didn't open those cards at all. Is that the case by you as well?

Do i need to close the my personal AMEX platinum within 60 days from opening to get refunded or 60 days from the day the annual fee posts?

My first statement has closed, but none of the rewards dollars from my general purchases have posted.

It was BGR signup bonus. Not sure the exact amount but I believe it's almost the amount of the 5k threshold...
