What is happening to Amex signup bonuses?

I opened I am having the same problem. I had a manager set up a case for me. Will let you know if it gets me anywhere.  a plat card recently with a no language offer the initial account was no good so they had to issue me a new one I completed the spending but the bonus didn't post automatically I confirmed with multiple cs reps that the offer is on the account but when I spoke to mr rep she said since I received the bonus in August I'm not eligible when I told her the offer did not have the language she said the terms are on the website is there anything to do about it TIA

Nothing to do about it, you won't be getting those points.

Those "cases" are worthless, nothing ever comes out of them.

There was a problem with all accounts beginning with 3795 it came with a $0 credit limit so they closed down those accounts and issued new accounts it was supposed to carry over all the benefits of the first account but the bonus points never came through

I'm in the middle of a similar situation:
Opened a biz plat and spent a couple hundred bucks on it and the it was cancelled and a new account was opened up Cuz the first one was "no good". I then completed the 20k spend and the points never posted. I opened a case and the rep who got back to me said I will get the bonus before April 8th. Fingers crossed. (As I already got the bonus on this card within 12 months but pulled shtick)

Opened a case and they said I'm eligible but I'm still waiting to see it. It's over four months since spend was met. My experience is that if it doesn't post automatically you have very small chances...
