instead of going in circles and asking the chat rep to add the cards to your account so that you can then ask when it was opened. Why can't you ask them straight, when you opened those closed accounts?

I tried both and they were useless. Was chatting for 60 minutes and got nowhere

I told the guy to add all. The card i had ever had. First he tried adding cancelled authorized user cards. 🤦🏻‍♂️
Then he said he was having trouble. Then I had leave work. Gonna try again today

Was simply asking if someone can confirm if they see the language in targeted apps.
