What date did you hit the spend?
12/9  I guess it was only 3 weeks.

IIRC, things do tend to slow down at EOY.

Bonus just posted. Went straight to available. Spend threshold was hit on about 12/13 and statement closed on 12/17.

I did my last spend Dec 8, half of it was legit spend and the other half was "serve loads".
Nothing pending or posting, the only points pending are for the non-serve spend.

Which brings me to my next question, if serve loads is considered legit spend or not.

It is. Half my spend was Serve.

I see you finished spend later than me, but part of my spend was done after statement closed. Is that the reason for it not pending yet?

Yes. There's a delay in bonus points reaching the pending stage.

They never will for the serve spend.
Serve spend only counts towards spend for the bonus, but you don't get the points from the actual spend.

Right, I expected that. It's just that at first nothing was pending, and by the time I finally saw the non-serve spending points as pending, it was already a week after I had completed and hit the spend threshold. So I was kind of expecting to see everything, both spend and welcome bonus.
But I guess maybe it does make a difference if it's spent before statement closing.

I meant that serve loading Is legit in terms of counting towards hitting the bonus.

I think normally, the bonus points go into pending a few days after the threshold is hit (without a statement closing), but that there is just an overall delay these days.

Normally points do not go into pending.

newish cardholders go into pending. If you're more established they usually post right away.

Refundables are not refundables until they're refunded
